I am having some issues with the online shopping experience on your website. What should I do?

Alternatively, you can use the Live Chat at bottom right corner of our website to chat with or leave a message to our techniccal support team. We aim to respond to your message within 1 working day.


What is the minimum amount to get my order delivered for free?

Enjoy free delivery when your total purchase reached $120 & above (before GST). For orders below $120, there is a delivery fee of $10.70 (inclusive of GST).

How will I know if my order is successful?

In some cases, technical glitch may happen during your payment transaction. To ensure receipt status of your payment, please call 6862 8866. For multiple payments done in same transaction, service charge is applicable to refund your payment, as follows:
*3.90% + $0.50 for Paypal
*2.30% for WireCard

Once your order is successful, we will send an electronic acknowledgement to you within 24 hours. If in any case that the item is unavailable, a message will be sent to you for further action. While we do everything we can to make sure our stock levels are accurate at all times, there may be some occasions due to unforeseen circumstances that we may be unable to fulfill your order or source out a replacement product. If in any case this should occur, we will contact you for a refund (applicable charges may apply).

What if I order the wrong item or changed my mind, can I cancel or replace my order?

In any case you want to cancel your order, applicable fees for refund are as follows:
*$10 administration fee (before GST)
*3.90% + $0.50 for Paypal
*2.30% for WireCard

Cancelled order will be automatically refunded to the respective card. Please allow up to 30 working days for processing. Same charges will apply for rejected orders during delivery. To re-send items, there will be $10.70 Delivery Fee (GST inclusive) for orders below $120 (before GST).


When can I get my shopping delivered?

We deliver to you five days a week, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays. Our delivery hours are from 11am to 5pm. For your convenience, when you place your order, please indicate in the remarks what day/time the delivery should be avoided.

Do you deliver to neighbourhood?

Boon Lay Stationery Pte Ltd currently delivers within Singapore including Sentosa and Jurong Islands.

What if I am not at home during the delivery?

If you are not at home during our delivery, Boon Lay Stationery Pte Ltd reserves the right to charge you $10.70 for the re- delivery. In case that you will not be available during the expected delivery, please call 6862 8866 to re-schedule the delivery.


How do I pay my orders?

We accept PayPal, MasterCard & Visa.

Do I get discount if I buy in bulk?

All our prices are net. No discounts will be given but please do take note of our monthly promotions where you can save more when you buy more. All our prices are inclusive of Goods & Services Tax.

Is there any warranty?

All warranty conditions are stated in the provided product information, unless the manufacturer has provided none.
